Friday, July 30

Essex Rotary Community Diversity & Spirit Event

When: 5:30-8 p.m. 

Details: Rotary Club of Essex invites everyone to a Community Diversity and Spirit Event at Maple Street Park in Essex.  Admission to socialize and enjoy the entertainment is free. Skip cooking at home and enjoy dinner from a variety of food trucks.

Saturday, July 31

Drive-in Family Circus

When: 2-3:15 p.m. 

Details: At the Sunset Drive-in in Colchester this weekend, enjoy a circus act from the comfort of your car. The whole family will laugh and have fun at this high flying and acrobatic show. Tickets are $36 per car. 

The Ramble

When: 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. 

Details: Celebrate Burlington's Old North End's artistic and innovative culture at this free event where there will be food, music, art and more fun and free activities. Check out their website and Facebook page for more information.

Northwestern Vermont Board of Realtors Home-Safe-Home Safety Day

When:10 a.m. - 1 p.m. 

Details: Go to the New England Federal Credit Union (NEFCU) branch in Williston to learn about how to keep your home safe. Topics such as identity theft and preventing fires and burglaries will be covered.

Sunday, Aug. 1

Winooski Farmer's Market

When: 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Details: Stock up on local vegetables and artisan goods at the farmer's market in Winooski. There's food and free activities for kids too. 

The Hokum Brothers

When: 5:30-6:30 p.m. 

Details: Come to Burlington's City Hall Park and enjoy some music and laughs with the Hokum Brothers, a fun and silly stage act. This is part of the city's annual Festival of Fools.
