1. 159 Crossfield Drive
Sold for $495,000 on March 25, this three-bedroom, two-story home was not on the market long. There are two full bathrooms and one half bath, a two-car attached garage and 3,116 square feet of finished space. It was built in 1998.Â

2. 221 Annas Court
Sold for $430,000 on March 17, this three-bedroom townhouse was on the market for about two months. The new townhome, built in 2020, boasts custom finishes, hardwood floors, a two-story foyer, a gas fireplace and 2,159 finished square feet. Two-and-a-half bathrooms, tray ceilings in the master suite, a deck and an inviting front porch complete the home, located in Brigante Woods.Â

3. 321 E. Lakeshore Drive
Sold for $423.781 on March 11, this three-bedroom lakefront home was on the market for four months. The three-bedroom home, built in 1973, has one full bathroom, a large deck, a finished basement and wood stove, with 1,559 finished square feet. The majestic lake views and landscaped yard complete the property.
