After a magical run to its first-ever finals that included upsets over the tournament’s No. 2 seed, the Colchester boys tennis team fell in the state championships to top-seeded South Burlington last Saturday, 6-1.  At the No. 14 seed, the Lakers were the lowest seed in state history to reach the championship round.
