This collection celebrates the magic and wonder of words and the poets that weave them together for us. The book is divided into three sections: Got Style? In Your Shoes, and Thank You. The book concludes with a section about the poets celebrated. The poems are accompanied by the mixed media collages of Ekua Holmes. Her art complements the poems and engages the reader to travel with the words to the place of details and attention and awe.

Written by physicians in clear, straightforward language, this is an extremely useful book for anyone dealing with the possibility of prostate cancer. It covers everything from the definition and detection of cancer;  how to understand the often bewildering numbers and scores that determine the stage; the pros and cons of the many treatment options including active surveillance; and where to go for additional resources. Although this information may also be found through multiple online searches, too often it is difficult to know where or how to search for reliable information. This comprehensive book is a wonderful way to feel prepared for a consultation with your doctor and take an active role in your own care.
