Boys soccer falls to CVU to close out season

The Colcchester boys soccer squad ended its season on Tuesday with a loss to Champlain Valley Union in the opening round of the state playoffs, the second loss to CVU in three days. After a 3-1-1 start, the Lakers went 0-9-1 in its final 10 games of the season. Tuesday’s game marked the final contest for seniors David Cross, Ben Clark, Sergei Sonntag, Tyler Cirillo, Jace Laquerre and Jaeger Nedde.
